UPDATED: Morgan and Perry finally decided to get back in touch only after I posted this review. Mr. Perry reached out and had said he had been sick and had not in the office. As the office was responsible for applying our mortgage payoff late, Mr. Perry did reimburse us for the four days of interest lost, which was a decent chunk of change. That being said updating the review seemed fair. Updated to 3 stars because we shouldn’t have had to do this for a response and the admin staff still ignored our calls and emails. I do appreciate Mr. Perry for reaching out and remedying the situation by reimbursing us for the money we lost on this transaction.
