RUN RUN RUN! Go to any other firm! My mother passed away in August of 2021. Our family attorneys (Kelly & West) opened the estate. In December/January Kelly & West made the decision to turn over all of their estate cases to Kathy Mercogliano's firm due to COVID and lack of help. I was ensured that everything would go smoothly since we were at the very end of the estate process and basically everything had already been completed. The last step was to turn in inventory which was all provided to Mr. Sam Gray, the attorney that was assigned to my case. After months of having no communication and great difficulty contacting Mr. Gray, and receiving a letter from the county in the mail (twice) that inventory had not been filed and the deadline was approaching, I was starting to get very nervo
