Montgomery County District Judge

Horrible talked to a person to pay a warrant I just received and said they would be here for here at 2:30 and no one was even at this location when the door says 4 and payments @ 3. I hate this system they just scam us for money and this district is racist and horrible

Well it's never nice to have to go to a courthouse but I had an outstanding parking ticket that an officer was kind of nuf to let me know about when I was in a car accident. When I went in person to this location it was very easy to pay an eight-year-old ticket that I didn't realize I had. I wish I could remember the woman's name she was so polite helpful and just overall was very customer service friendly. That was the extent of my dealing here I was pretty much in and out in 5 minutes with nice pleasant conversation and the situation easily resolved - the money it cost haha

GOD HELP YOUR SOUL IF YOU EVER NEED TO DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE. They are horribly disorganized and lazy. They close and stop answering their phones well before they're posted close time. They openly admit they don't check their mail so definitely do not attempt to mail them payment for anything. You can't drive there to drop off payment either because they have no mail box or mail slot. So basically I'm saying if you have a job you're screwed. They treat you like a dirty felon over a parking ticket. Its insane. All we ever wanted was for them to do their jobs but instead they took advantage of us. The clerks here are just terrible. I sure hope this is one of the offices to close once budget cuts take effect. I drove there in person to pay a fine. They close at 4 but were gone and closed

What a joke. I called during “business hours” three times in a span of an hour to only get an answering machine every time because they don’t have a direct website you can pay fees from. FINALLY, when I did get someone on the phone, they referred to their unresponsive email (at [email protected]) which never responded nor returned my call. How a district court doesn’t have a functioning payable site is beyond me. Perhaps budget cuts may whip this incompetent government establishment into a feasible state, though I doubt it. Well I had a fine since Jan and they said they assumed that was still my address and claimed that they had was on my id which my id was a out of state. So they were lying I just came from new York so I don't no how they got a old address from 2007. But assuming made me had a warrant that I had to pay and had no clue about it
