I hired Scott McIntosh specifically to appear at my daughters hearing and paid him what he asked for to appear. My daughter called me in a panic from the courthouse saying he never showed. She emailed him after the hearing was over to not bother coming. I asked for a refund but he insisted he earned the fee because he talked to the court on the phone. If you want someone to show up at your hearing don't choose Scott. When I asked him why he didn't show he said lawyers are busy.
