Today I called because I have a question regarding a letter that I received from your business. I want to report that I was mistreated by the receptionist Kathy, when I asked if she or someone else speak Spanish there she answered NO and immediately hung up the phone, that is rude, inappropriate and un-polite, I am very disappointed with the treatment that I received

A residential parcel I owned required town variances and county subdivision approval.
