So I’ve had a case within this thing that this company calls a law firm. I was referred by a friend. However my case has been going since 2021 and it is now 2025 with no updates or any type of updated info. I was lied to in the very beginning of my case stating that I would received treatment and whatever assistance that I needed. I barely got the treatment that I needed and I don’t get any real assistance. Because of this car accident I was set back and these attorneys can’t seem to comprehend the damage that they have now played a role in. For the last two years they’ve been trying to get money that they knew they couldn’t get rather than just coming to a final settlement. Every time I call, there have a new receptionist who doesn’t even know what to do. I’ve had at least 4-5 different p

This place is horrible. They have horrible customer service. I been trying to get in contact with my so called lawyer for more than 3 months & he doesnt call you back. They don’t care about your pain and your injuries. The receptionist don’t answer the phone neither when they see your number. They don’t update you on anything that’s going on. HORRIBLE SERVICE
