Paralegal did not know the areas of practice on their website. I called in and was told that firm does not take cases in professional malpractice or litigation even though it is stated under their website with a variety of fields. Paralegal was nice enough and stated she would ask when the attorney was back in office but moving forward, your accuracy on subject matter counts for clients.
Extremely knowledgeable and professional. I would absolutely recommend this Law Firm. Tom provided his expertise and reassurance along the way during the legal process.
