I experienced 2 court sessions in front of a judge with Milam & Fanning and I still cant see my son to this day, and I've had them for a year now! They'll promote language like "Open Schedule" knowing there's conflict in the case, just so you'll have to came back & pay them to fight again in court, because the "custodial" parent wants to abuse the open schedule. I requested a simple mediation over legitimate parental alienation for a fixed schedule, then they tell me we HAVE TO BACK for a 3rd session in front of a judge to finish the divorce papers and get a fixed schedule... apparently meditations are not an option through these people...
