Complete lack of communication. Complete lack of customer service. Harvey is more than happy to accept your money but, after that is done, he really drops the proverbial ball. States, after the fact, that he had an emergency that prevented him from any action or assistance for 12 days, yet never informed me of this until after the fact. Then states he was in the hospital after my repeated attempts to reach he and Gary for 12 days with no response. Again, he was only too happy to accept my $$$$$$. Now, can't get him to respond to an email 3+ weeks later to answer questions related to the job I PAID for. I lost my mom in late April, so I know what it is to have an emergency or to be relegated to hospital care. Still, no work or professionalism from Harvey Cox. My family is very disappointed

Gary and Harvey did an amazing job, and fast! Needed a Living Trust and Pourover Will drawn up and I have ZERO experience with any of it. They had all of the documents ready quickly, and all of the info was perfect the first time, no edits! They scheduled a sit-down and went over every page, what I needed to do with certain items, and how to move forward with it.
