Our experience with Mike Mishic has been nothing short of heartbreaking. He failed to fulfill the most basic responsibilities of the role, resulting in the child being taken from the only home he has ever known. From the start, it was clear that Mike did not take the time to truly understand the situation or prioritize the best interests of the child. He conducted a rushed and surface-level investigation, stating he “didn’t have the time” when asked to meet with the child. Despite our attempts to provide important documentation and offer insights into the child’s well-being, he dismissed our concerns without a fair hearing. The most devastating outcome of this negligence was the recommendation that the child be removed from the stable and loving home he has known since he was 3 months ol

He did a thorough and efficient job determining what we needed for estate planning. We gave him our scenario, and he figured out how to incorporate everything into it. He even created a customized domestic partnership agreement for us. I would highly recommend him.

He should not be a lawyer appointed by Midland court. He was the absolute worst lawyer I have had. No communication, no eye contact, made us wait a hour for him with no apology. He did absolutely nothing and seemed to know nothing about the ludicrous case my 10 year old daughter was thrust into. I was notified the day before a hearing. And then yelled at by him and the other cso called court professionals. The case was sent to a different county who quickly dismissed it. The referee in this ludicrous case also dropped the ball as she put this child through a hearing with the man who victimized her and condoned him to fabricate and perform a theatrical and exaggerated performance.

Micheal Mishic was appointed to be my girlfriends daughters lawyer. Her dad abused this young scared child. When her father got a small scratch from tossing her in a vehical he decided to make an assult charge on a 10 year old after police told him that her mom was picking up the child. The police did not want her to remain with him. She was revictimized through the appointed lawyer. This lawyer and another individual yelled at the child and mother and was extremely unprofessional demanding she sign a form. He was unprofessional and very irresponsible as the child was retraumatized and the therapy dog was hiding under the table. Definitely the court needs to assess the damaging behaviors of these so called professionals.
