Merri Nichols is an amazing attorney and person. She was my attorney is a custody case, she took the time to get to know me and took down every detail needed for the case. She is very efficient in the work she does and she gets the job done in a timely manor. She is a well organized and precise attorney. She works very hard at what she does and if i ever need an attorney for some reason or another i would definitely without a doubt call Merri Nichols to represent me. Ms nicholes has been my court appointed attorney since last October. I can rarely get her on the phone or to even return a call. I have already tried calling her 19 times within the last 5 days and nothing. When she was first assigned to me she somewhat kept in contact. I have court again in 2 days and I've been trying to get in touch with her for 2 months. When I first met her she came off as very educated and very willing to work for her client. As time goes by however I have discovered that that is not the case that she just doesn't care about her clients. Like I said in the beginning she's a court-appointed. Maybe if you actually give her money she might be willing to do something for you because she doesn't help Court appointees not one bit.

She was amazing. After being lost through everything I was reading she was able to explain everything to me and she kept me at ease. I had already called multiple other lawyers that wouldn't even have a consultation for adult adoption and she took it on. So after I was defeated she managed to give me news that I had been hoping for. I will definitely be using her

Merri Nichols was the court-appointed attorney for my brother's case. My brother had a hard time getting in contact with Ms.Nichols and received little to no assistance with his case. I contacted her office on several occasions and left several messages with the receptionist and voicemail, but NEVER received any call back. I believe she is just another attorney out to move up within the justice system by appeasing to the district attorney's office.
