I had met Merino and Associated at several events in the past. They were recommended to me from a mutual business contact. My husband and I needed to create a Trust and Quit claim my properties in it. Along with the Estate Planning, we also wanted to have title insurance placed on the properties. Vinny Merino was able to handle every step that we needed, completely and quickly. As a Real Estate Broker, I know how expensive it can be, but Merino and Associates is a very reasonably priced group. Not all firms handle Estate Planning. Vinny created our Trust, Will, Powers of Attorney, Advanced Medical Directives, Quit Claims, and Title insurances. The county returned the recorded deed the same day. That was excellent, and affordable! We are very happy!
