If you sought help here since the COVID shutdown in early 2020 and you were unhappy with them, please understand that they were under an enormous strain. And, now, there is not only a backlog but many more in need of help because of the shutdown and the current sociopolitical climate. Yet, they are still able to advise you and will email you a detailed, step-by-step set of instructions on the best course of action(s) to take. There is also the Disability Law Center, though they're in a similar bind. I hope this has been helpful.

I wish you could give a review of 0 stars, absolutely no help given from this place when you need it the most. Going on a year later after release from the 9 mental health wards with a misdiagnosis of paranoid schizophrenia without any fair representation of any lawyer or anyone from this office to fight for my rights! Shame on the state of Massachusetts!!!

They dragged the time out well over a year. Ultimately doing nothing. Then they dismissed me as a client telling me they had more important cases!

My current attorney is saving my case. Took about a year to get in but once they said yes she jumped right on and starting helping me and getting my rights and son back.

Took days for a response to phone inquiry. Response consisted of pointing me elsewhere for help for my client.
