I recently used Cody,Cody& McCarthy to update our will into a trust. I wrote this note to them regarding the attorney Lindsay Cavallaro: Good Morning, I just wanted to send you a quick note to let you know how wonderful our experience was with Lindsey. We recently updated our will after 15+ years to a living trust. Lindsey was so very helpful and knowledgeable about what we needed at this stage of our lives. We had our estate planning done by CCM which was (imo)extremely expensive($5000). It appeared to be a cut & paste format. When I called a couple times to ask some questions about the trust, that they prepared, I was sent a bill for over $500. Fast forward..we needed to make some minor modifications to the trust which cost about $900, at that time I expressed my disappointment about the $500 phone charges..Long story longer apparently they need the money more than I do! I am the opposite of warm & fuzzy! Find any other law firm for your estate planning needs!
