This firm is a scam. They tried to get me and husband to file VAWA without saying it was VAWA. This is fraud. They schedule your payments to be completed before you the interview. You’ll end up paying 12,000-15,000 to be denied if the spouse is not actually abusive. Please beware.

Please do not fall for the advertisements on social media, radio, and wherever else. They pay for these advertisements which means no one is promoting them because they believe they do a good job. Platforms are paid to read and post what the firm gives them. Here are a few reasons to look elsewhere. Awful customer service. You will be on hold for at least 20 minutes each time you call. The representatives are trained to not answer your questions. They will also refuse to schedule you with any lawyer. Christine meneses is the documented "assigned" lawyer but that is not true. Your case will be given to someone else and you will not speak with her ever again. They only offer to file violence against women petitions. They charge 15000 for it. You have to pay 3500 to even receive a contract

Called told them my case, they said they could help with that situation. Spoke to the lawyer 1 minute and they said they don’t handle those cases. They kept the $150.00 consultation fee. This place is a scam. We told them our situation from the start it wasn’t like it was some complex issue.

DO NOT RECOMMEND they have done nothing on my dads case and have been paid around 8k. Terrible customer service will hang up on you and keep you on hold for 30 plus min.
