My family has used J. Michael Jaynes and his staff for many years. They are professional and efficient, handling what we needed and answering many questions. I recommend him to family and friends when the need arises. They are very attentive and respond immediately to phone calls and emails.

He does nothing, not even answer his phone, or call back after endless messages left on his business phone, when we did finally get him on the phone one time he was rude and intimidating....after 6 months of waiting to hear something we took it upon ourselves to contact the ins co. that was involved, they had never heard from Mr. Jaynes, he never contacted them in any way shape or form.... it went into arbitration without our side of the story being heard, since no one was there to represent me we automatically lost. MR. JAYNES NEVER CONTACTED ME. We found out what happened with the case through a third party. HE SUX!!!!

I have been using his services since the early 90's. Outstanding staff. Highly recommend Michael for any legal issues.
