I've know Dave for over 10 years now. He is very responsive to your needs. Dave takes time to explain things. I always feel better after speaking with him. I couldn't ask for a better attorney or friend. I'd recommend Dave to anyone (and have). Everyone I have recommended him to have been more than pleased. Great all around man and better attorney.

I couldn't be happier. The worst experience of my life was this divorce and Mr. McNamee helped me through this from start to finish. He helped keep my mind at ease and helped me fight for my child and helped me get through it. My ex and I worked together and came up with a dissolution deal. Mr. McNamee and staff were great through the entire process, I was never left out and my inquiries were responded too in a very timely manner. When I needed help, guidance or advice he was always there for me. Amazing attorney a great office with some fantastic people. I highly recommend Mr. McNamee. I couldn't have done this without him

Met with Mr. McNamee as a mediator and was dismayed by his approach. He wasn't really interested in hearing my side of the story or seeing any documents. (I had them on my laptop and he said I couldn't get on his internet and he wasn't interested in seeing them because my lawyer hadn't sent them.) Twice in our conversation he contradicted himself and I found him to be quite biased. He counseled me to take an offer I thought was severely lopsided. I proceeded to file in court and ended up paying only 30% of what Mr. McNamee told me was "the deal of the century." Long story short: Would not trust him as a mediator; wouldn't recommend him as a lawyer. Nice couch in the lobby though; it's faux Edwardian style and probably costs a lot.

Amazing!!! I've talked to many lawyers over the years that wanted $2000-3000 down and so much $ an hour. At mcnamee they do a flat rate, they allow you to put half down and then make payment arrangements on the rest. A lawyer from there is currently helping me get my babies back!

David and his team are compassionate and kind. They dont rush you and take time to listen to the situation at hand and partner with you on what we can do as a team to accomplish our goals divorce isnt a easy thing, and for me I dont want to take down my soon to be ex husband I want him and I to be able to put all things aside and focus on what is best for our children and there benefit. All else doesnt matter, only the children
