As a Realtor I HAVE to put this review out here. In a nutshell: My client sold their house, but closed with a different attorney for that transaction. McMichael and Gray handled the closing for the house that they were purchasing. A lack of communication between the other attorney’s office and the loan officer held the closing up for 5 hours. Ashley F. was our closing attorney, and because of her, I will be putting McMichael and Gray on every contract I write, because I know that my clients will be in good hands. The customer service was top notch. When she was made aware of the cause for the holdup, she quickly sprang into action, and utilized every resource at her disposal to help get my client closed. After hours of back and forth phone calls, my clients closed on their home at 8:00PM o

Do not use this firm. The worst closing I have ever experienced.Their standards are incredibly subpar and unacceptable for the law profession. Paige Smith, the closer, did not send the ALTA until the evening before the closing, thus delaying the wire. We requested the document the week prior. To add insult to injury, the ALTA had a major error concerning a tax credited to my client. This made my client frustrated at the closing table and questioning everything else. Additionally, my clients were further inconvenienced by having to go to the bank to get a cashiers check for the new amount due. When we confronted the closing attorney, Melissa Jarrell, about the host of issue she expressed her frustration with the closer’s actions, but took zero accountability. I would sooner refer a client

The entire closing process went extremely well. The woman at the front desk was very knowledgeable and was able to answer questions my client had about the process and the area. The entire team is 5 star!

My closing at this location was great. Their communication, attention to detail, and customer service were the best!

Paige the closer got us too with missed items. Lawyer himself was a chill guy though.
