I have never dealt with a business that does not return phone calls or charges for services that have not been provided. Me and my wife were referred to Becky Diel. At first we had a great experience and then once we paid our retainer we were ignored. Her excuse was she had court all week and didn’t have time to review our case until 3 days prior to family court. Then when we relieved her of her services she claimed she worked on our case while we had emails from her telling us she didn’t have time because she was working on other cases. This firm is unethically charging their clients and had horrible customer service. I suggest you look elsewhere when needing family law support.

This firm does alot to boost their reputation, these guys will overcharge and make many mistakes on their research. Which in turn costs you billable hours to fix their lack of professionalism. Brett Jolley took my call, said he would assist, then refused to give any updates on a regular basis, knowing my case was time sensitive. Sadly very disappointed in the lack of professionalism. The girls that work in the office are sadly running interference for the poor service the lawyers offer. BUYERS BeWare!!! Look elsewhere!

Firm does not return calls. Moved on to find a better attorney office that has higher standards. Save yourself the trouble and move on before wasting your time.

We contacted Megan Galarneau to update our family trust and found her very knowlegeable on the subject.She was able to give us a clear and detailed explanation of the the complexities of the family trust. We highly reommend her.
