After several months, and at the firm's invitation, l am sharing my personal experience. I was involved in a car accident that was not caused by me. My wife and my 20-month-old daughter were with me at the time. Because I did not have medical insurance, I hired this firm to represent me and provided all the documents and medical bills that were requested. Regarding my daughter's health, I was advised to take her to her pediatrician. When the case was resolved, the settlement amount seemed low to me, but I accepted it believing the medical expenses had been addressed. Months later, I began receiving bills from the hospital and then from a collection agency for a balance of over $5,200. When I contacted the office, I was informed that medical bills were my responsibility to resolve directly.
