I am so appreciative of the work that Deanna and her team did for myself and for my children. First they took a consultation fee of $500 to spend about 20 minutes going over my request for formation documents. Amazingly, the very next day he called me begging me to take down the review and promising to finish the job for a retainer of an additional $2000. Stupidly I agreed. 2 weeks later they sent a cookie cutter LLC formation document with the kind of modifications that probably took 20 minutes to an hour from a basic lawdocument.com format for a competent legal aid yet they were prompt on invoicing me the full retainer with padded hours.
