I would highly recommend Joshua!!! We had to recently move my mother into an adult family care home and quickly realized the shock of the cost and everything that comes with it. We were referred to Joshua for elder care advice and decided within minutes that he was the best to assist us with the process. He is very down to earth and quick/easy to communicate with (he responded to emails while he was on a 2 week vacation) but also direct and to the point, which is what we needed during this process. The last 4 months have been quite a whirlwind of emotions, documents, trusting the process and it all happening so quickly but we were confident in Joshua.

Unfortunately I had a very good friend pass away leaving me to be the executor of the will. Joshua was the attorney who created the will and in turn helped me navigate the probate process. Joshua Pops is an outstanding attorney! I live in CA and my mother is in a Dementia care facility in WA.
