McGovern Legal Services is a sure source of discord for any HOA community. Instead of promoting fair governance, they enable discriminatory and abusive practices that expose HOAs to serious liability and state/federal scrutiny. They filed a lien against my property on 6/19/25 without notice or mediation, threatened foreclosure over fabricated fees, and dismissed valid evidence of payments. I learned about the lien on 6/19/25 through the Monmouth County alerts service and contacted them right away. Upon receipt of my phone call they produced post dated certified mail ( 6/20/25 see attached). I disputed this lien and although fully paid they refuse to remove it claiming that I owe them some fabricated legal fees. Their tactics are heavy-handed and reckless, putting HOA boards and communities

I have extensive legal background and a board member of a few associations. I would advise all HOA's board to carefully review the billing of this firm.

If I could leave negative stars for this firm, I would. This law firm is working on behalf of Kensington Court Condominiums to remove my sick and mentally incapacitated grandmother from her home. William H. Brosha' Esquire, and the entire law firm are trying to unethically remove my grandmother from her home. He and his team have caused my grandmother epileptic and panic attacks from the stress of losing her home which she has been in for the last 2 decades. We make our payments, and have an agreement with the bank to keep the home. Despite this, William and his team of demon vultures are trying to still remove her from her home. We keep trying to settle with the firm, but they refuse. These greedy parasites wont take any offer no matter how high. If you can avoid this firm like the plague

This law firm works for my association complex, and I was instructed to reach out to this law firm to discuss some strange charges that I was concerned with. Little did I know once I reached out I was being billed for every moment that I spoke with someone on the phone regarding strange charges... I'm extremely puzzled and confused since I am not a client, I was instructed by my association to call, my association didn't inform me that I was going to be charged for phone calls so I went in going blind. Very confused with all this and I feel like I'm being robbed of my dignity. How am I going to explain this to my husband that we no longer are able to afford living in our condo over one phone call that I made that I've let go into collections? Will I soon go bankrupt? Hired and used them for just over 3 years, what they collected for us as to what they charged us was peanuts. The people working for them drove up the bills and kept doing work when told not too. I feel Amy which oddly enough is no longer there really did not know what she was doing. WATCH every bill they send you as they bill for the same thing but reword it. Also what the phone calls to the sheriffs office that they over bill you for. All in all do not use them unless you want to lose all you money.
