We worked with Lozito Law, LLC back in January 2017 when buying our first home, and our experience at that time was good. Based on that, we decided to engage her again in November 2023 to handle both the purchase of our new home and the sale of our existing one. Unfortunately, this time our experience was completely the opposite. You might wonder why I’m writing this review now. Honestly, I didn’t do it back then because I was extremely upset about how we were treated and was already dealing with the stress of closing on both properties. I’ve never been pleased with any real estate attorney I’ve worked with until I met Danielle. She follows up and actually reads contracts. Her assistant Joanne is good too. I definitely recommend them.

Without question one of the worst lawyers I’ve ever encountered. She represented us years ago when we bought our first home and it was a disaster. She was so awful and incompetent I actually thought she was a double agent for the other team. You barely got any advice that made sense, she was always busy and you could barely reach her, you couldn’t even get her on the phone and everything was done via email etc. She was very overwhelmed and awful at her job. Recently I reached out as I needed help with something and surprise surprise she hasn’t changed. No help or support and didn’t even reply to my follow up question at all.
