I've visited this location multiple times, and only once did they seem to genuinely care about their customers. The wait times are consistently long—at least 25-35 minutes, sometimes 10-15 minutes just to be acknowledged or asked what you're there for. Twice, I waited 15 minutes just to drop off or pick up something. During one visit, despite having an appointment, we waited 25 minutes. Another couple who had been there before us was visibly frustrated, and even after we completed our house closing documents, they were still waiting. On my most recent visit, also scheduled, I waited 20 minutes and was never assisted. If you're considering coming here, be prepared for long waits and inconsistent service. I won't utilize their services anymore.

My son was represented today 5-14-24 in a (50-B exparte order) by attorney Kevin Bullard and we were very pleased with the outcome of the case. He handled the case with genuine professionalism. Please do not waste your time, no follow-up no follow through, unprofessional, remix and tells you lies. With that being said please review the actual reviews because they're telling the truth. You'll be doing your own leg work.

This firm actually did the job required. However, I needed a procedural follow-up question answered and they were absolutely non-responsive to calls or email. The issue involved a fairly large amount of money due to a disabled relative who could have been helped by it. It seems that once the firm had issued the check and decided there was nothing else they could do, I wasn't able to reach them again - they seemingly rudely washed their hands of it. This is a reputable, and I'm sure a capable, firm and I expected a bit more compassion, and at least a return call, given the circumstances.

Excellent! Kevin is extremely knowledgeable, honest and to the point. He has a great supporting staff that accommodates clients every need. We can't say enough kind words about Melissa. She has been such a blessing to us as we navigate through unknown territory. We would highly recommend them.
