Not my first rodeo with real estate attorneys so I know the ropes. P&P has great response time and most importantly, they have a person who ANSWERS THE PHONE! That's really important to note because most attorney don't. Now even most attorneys don't even return your call unless they think it's worth their time. P&P always answered the phone during business hours and promptly returned after hours calls It is a good value for money spent even though unexpected costs could pile up and closings could drag on for months. That happens with many re transactions irregardless of the attorney you use. I definitely will use them again.
