Despite the reviews we have had a great experience with the staff and Jennifer. As with any case they are all different and every case needs time. Through many obstacles not of her own but the courts we have finally neared the end. I would HIGHLY recommend Jennifer and her team. They may not always get right back you the exact moment you want an answer but they do get back with you in a timely manner. I thank Jennifer and Amy both VERY much for all they have done for us.

I was charged $200 for a "consultation" where she clearly didn't read my intake form or review the documents they requested from me. Did not ask me any questions, claimed that she never received the document that I sent and that my emails were "bouncing back" but had an "edited" version sent to me 10 minutes after the call ended when magically the emails stopped bouncing back, apparently. I'm not sure how she edited it without asking me a single question about what I wanted to change. This was all after changing my appointment time 3 times and being late to the one that did happen. Don't waste your time or money.

I usually do not write reviews, but in this case, it is important to make others aware. This review is based on my direct experience with Ms McGham. I contacted her office seeking legal advice regarding visitations ( the other party doesn't let me see my daughter). I paid the fees, and my appointment was scheduled for 2 pm. I arrived 5 minutes earlier, but the front desk said she was on a phone call. After 30 minutes, I was able to see her. She did not review the form before sending it to me; this form had information on my initial case and the parties (minors) involved. She listened to me and instructed me what to do ( roughly 30 min), and after doing so, I had to contact her again to let her know the outcome of her instructions, and based on that, she would tell me the best route. My Daughter used Jenn for her divorce. If I could give zero stars it would be a more fitting rating. Ms. McG han refused to follow my daughters requests for many different aspects of the divorce and custody. Repeatedly failed to communicate cancelled court dates, flatly refused to file Contempt paperwork for the defendents refusal to follow court orders Refused to go to court to force the payment of child support as court ordered for 4 months.
