My attorney was Katie Ogle. She represented me on a parenting agreement modification, and defended me against false dependency and neglect allegations. She did an excellent job counseling me through the entire process, I would even go as far as to say she acted as a confidant in one of the most challenging times of my life. She was ultimately able to get me a beyond satisfying outcome and I would certainly use her again if I ever found my self in need of litigation in the family law area. She is skilled at what she does and confidently advocated for me throughout my experience. She's definitely the attorney you want representing you.

Terrible!!! And an insult to lawyers everywhere. I needed Katie ogles services for a case in Chattanooga TN. I paid her for a consultation snd she told me what we our options were and we decided to move forward. I then paid her 3k and was told to wait It took her over 4 months to file a petition, she was slow to respond, she went on vacation with out telling me when I needed her help, and once she filed the petition to set a court date she informed me Chattanooga was too far for her and I should get another lawyer. I paid her a lot of money to someone who clearly didn’t care at all about my case and didn’t put effort.. Good riddance and never again. That woman is a crook.

Mr Levy was supposed to go over the other cases just like mine and never did. He dropped me because "he said my behavior" well I had should have talked to me over the phone or in person instead of over email very unprofessional won't even give me my files to find another lawyer.

Mr. Levy did return call. Not able to accept at the neighbors for a short time. TYVM KLMM
