I don't even know where to begin. First and foremost I never know who my contact person is as I have talked to an abundance of different people since dealing with this firm. Now I know there is usually a team that handles cases but at the bare minimum I feel like I should at-least be given an introduction to who's who when someone new signs on. I'm calling asking to speak to one person only to be told someone totally different is handling my case each time and that's if there's some slim miraculous chance that I actually speak to someone. Then the attorney who handled my appeal I NEVER talked to until the appeal hearing, then after that I heard from him once and don't even get me started on how you can never understand what's being said because the calls break up terribly and then whoever

I can't say enough how great the whole team was to work with. They handled everything and got me approved even after previous denials prior to them helping me. I recommend them to the moon and back. Thank you so much!!!!

I scheduled a phone meeting with Tiffany to discuss my partner's disability case, and rearranged my busy schedule to be sure I could attend the meeting. Tiffany showed up an hour late and did not apologize for her tardiness. It sounded like she was driving in a car, and she proceeded to shout at us throughout the meeting. She obviously hadn't read the notes she had been provided about my partner's situation, and began shouting at him that she didn't understand why he needed disability benefits. She literally screamed at him, "I don't understand why you can't work!" I was shocked by her unprofessional, rude behavior. Based on Tiffany's poor behavior, I would never hire this firm or recommend their services.

Incredible work from McChesney & McChesney. My mother had been attempting to get disability for years-- filing, appealing, being denied again and again until they picked up her case. She had been working with them for only a few months before she ultimately died due to her unmanageable diabetes after the SSA continually denied her appeals for not being "disabled enough." McChesney & McChesney helped me through the process of taking over the case as her eldest child, was constantly in contact with me, and made sure I was prepared to stand in for my mom when we finally got a hearing with a judge.
