I have been working with Tim since 2014. It is now 2017. He has not returned my calls for about 2 months. Wondering why my paper work has not been filed. Even if I file now, I will only be able to recover only the last 1 year of benefits. I will never be able to recover the other years. I loose. I have done all the work of copying all my files and driving about an hour to give him the paper work. I have to call, go to the office or bring in copies of my paper work and i still do not see any results. I did not get any benefits, but also lost money that I will never get back.
