PLEASE READ: You've been warned. I fired my lawyer, Ben Gailey, for ineptitude and a complete lack of any care for my case. If you enjoy not hearing from your lawyer at all, these are the guys to go to. It took about 2 weeks just to get my file after I asked for it. As of today (12/09/2025), it’s been 29 days since I first told them in writing to close out my file and return my remaining account balance, and I still haven’t seen a payout (or even a response for that matter). In that time, I’ve sent 3 separate emails specifically about closing my account and getting my balance back. I also called the office around 4:20 PM on November 14 and left a clear message with staff that I wanted my file closed and my remaining funds returned. Result? ZERO response from Ben himself and no confirma
