David McNeal was the worst attorney we have ever dealt with. We reached out to him to retain council and we were explaining to him the details of this case and the way he reacted and spoke to us was incredibly unprofessional. He even cursed at us. In the beginning of our conversation he stated what do you think I choice charge you which already sounded really unprofessional. We asked him to please forward us a contract stating the terms he verbally mentioned and he said No that he would texts it’s through WhatsApp but he was quick to ask for $3500. We called the State Board on him because an attorney who in the beginning treats his new client like this will guarantee you a horrible outcome. Also individuals incarcerated in the county jail have stated that he never reaches out to his client

Exceptional service. Dave having been a DA, states Attorney and now private defense attorney has worked on both sides of the coin. He has a great report with the prosecutors and knows the ins and out of the legal system. He could have rushed my case but instead devoted a year working it. I was facing 3 felony’s and ended up pleading out to one misdemeanor. There is nobody else I would want representing me. Thanks Dave. You gave me a second shot at life.
