Bought a home remote through MB&A realty. Found out after the fact that the closing lawyer assigned to us was in the same firm. And relator is friends with the seller TJ Wohl who also is an attorney here. We have attempted multiple times to have issues resolved with the home that were in the contract via relator. Along with getting the actual keys to the property we over paid for.. we were told the mini spilt unit was under warranty and would be fixed prior to closing. Then that it would be after. It’s 8months later and it’s still not fixed. And they want to charge me to replace the unit. It has a hole in a line and both the seller and contractor knew as it was in paperwork from the ac company who looked at it. If we knew they were all together.
