Mc Cormack & Mc Cormack proceeded to draft a contract to sell 60% of my business without obtaining my consent, relying solely on my ex-partner's word (40% partner) and greedy purchaser. It is alarming that a lawfirm would overlook verifying ownership of a business. This is a fundamental failure to follow BASIC legal principles. I contacted the office to inquire about the supposed sale, I was met with blatant disrespect from the receptionist. Despite my understandable frustration regarding the sale of my business without my consent. Her response was RUDE and inappropriate, telling me to "watch my mouth" when my tone understandably rose due to the circumstances. Therefore, if you want to sell your neighbors house or business without their consent, contact Mc Cormack and Mc Cormack.
