Atty Thompson is great, very professional. He just needs new staff! Maria and Ana H. were very unprofressional and rude throughout entire case, they wouldn't return calls/texts/emails or relay messages to the attorney. The communication was just not there at all. Today I was left waiting for over 10 minutes at the front window. Maria looked twice over at me and continued working. I decided to sit down and call to let them know I was there since they couldn't acknowledge me before. She came out and tried to say she didn't see me before, then said she thought I was with another group (there was no one else in the lobby but myself the whole time I was there).
