I've been avoiding this review for years because I was constantly hoping for something good to come from them. I'm the type of person, if I have nothing nice to say, I prefer to stay quiet, but this needs to be said for anyone who may be newly working with this firm, and maybe now they'll take into account of how unprofessional they've been for years and finally do better! I've been with Legal Shield for 6 years, and I was assigned this law firm, unfortunately. From the start they were not good. I thought it was because of the location I was in.
