Ergood Law, specifically Olivia Cleaver recently represented my family in dealing with my mother's entrance into an assisted living and subsequently submitting a Medicaid application which was approved. With regard to the assisted living contract, I assumed the contract was just a basic contract, however Olivia included some very important verbiage to protect my mother.
