I have used the services of Fendrick Morgan for several years through two Estate probates and found their guidance invaluable. One estate was simple and one entailed a long list of out of state beneficiaries and charities. I had a deeply troubling experience with Ms. Morgan at Fendrick and Morgan regarding my mother's estate planning. The firm prepared (or revised) a new will that removed me as a beneficiary, leaving my sister as the sole heir to my mother's (and deceased father’s) assets. However, the Burlington County Court ultimately declared this will prepared by Fendrick and Morgan to be invalid due to undue influence. The heartbreak and betrayal me and my family felt was enormous when I learned Ms. Morgan revised my dying mother's will to completely cut me out, leaving everything to my sister as the sole beneficiary. This wasn't just a legal document; it was the final expression of my mother's wishes for her two children and the assets represented a lifetime of hard work and sacrifice from my mother an
