Highly recommend Mr. Mata!!! We had a deed issue that he helped us with after closing on our new home. If it weren’t for his knowledge I know it never would have been corrected so quickly. He was so kind and understanding and provided us the reassurance that we needed in addition to fixing the issue expeditiously. We will definitely be using him when we sell our other home. We used Mr.Hill for advice on a commercial real estate lease, our will and trust and handling of a contract with owner financing for our daughter.
