Brandon Keller handled the closing of our home. Most communication was with Sierra. She was on top of every detail. Brandon was professional and kind at settlement, explaining everything in simple terms. Sierra was available for the detailed questions. A great team, I would highly recommend.

I wish I could leave a rave review, but I can't. Living out of state and selling my property in Woodstock was an epic failure, starting first with not receiving "the new client package". After sending all requested docs back (2 days prior to closing); told we were all set; then informed by my agent (not them) that closing had taken place, all was good. Until 6 hours later, when I received a call asking if I'd sent the originals back and replied I had not been instructed to (apparently this information and UPS Overnight label are included in the "New Client Package"). She then sent an UPS Overnight Label which was returned the next day. Not until I ASKED the following morning if they would confirm that funds had been wired and requested a copy of the HUD Statement, was I informed that t
