My name is Rita Sanders. The wrongful death case of my mother is now settled after almost 10 years.. Albeit with little satisfaction for me, because the doctor who killed her happened to die during the term of the case.. And the justice for her, that I was seeking, was lost.. Because he's dead, that doctor will never admit that my mom is dead due to his negligence.. Yet the case was won, regardless..
