My H1B application was filed at the last minute and got straight denied after entering lottery system. The attorney Mr. Craig Shagin did not even successfully verified my LCA before sending out the package. And more ridiculously, he was not aware that H1B employers who first time sponsor their employees need to verify EFIN number with DOL, otherwise LCA cannot be approved. If you are seeking legal help about your H1B application from him, rethink. This attorney does not feel the anxiety of this whole application process as much as we internationals do. Such a shame I cannot rate zero.
