The majority of the time here is always spent with them determining why they can’t help you. I’ve never gotten a single piece of useful counsel from this office. Update: I came back, and they had an attorney there who was extremely helpful. In fact he saved me 100% on an issue I have been trying to resolve for months. And his advice was useful on many other issues. At first I gave up on this place, but I am so grateful I went back. I think it’s hit and miss here, like I’m sure it is with any pro bono legal aid. I think if you have bad luck with one, just leave and go to another. Ha! Thank you guys for what you do, wish their was more consistency but thus is life I guess.

They need to hire more people to assist also the phone line they cute off I called while sitting in the help center they don’t want to do they job why we paying taxes for that service they need to do better

Depending on the day you go there, some really amazing staff may be there. I've received tremendous help and highly recommend going there if you have any legal issues within the scope of their work.
