She handled my Grandfathers probate matters. Guess she has taken over for her father Rich Cobb, whom my Grandfather spoke highly of. Our experience however, was not anything close to what we were expecting. It wasn't so much that her work was bad, it was her disposition during in office meetings that made us feel that we were not in the hands of someone that cared for her clients...only in the hands of someone who cared about being payed. Talking over us constantly made us feel, at our time of grieving, belittled and like a paycheck, not valued clients for decades. Its was more like we had to be corrected like kids, when we asked questions about what was going on and what was to be expected. Not saying don't hire her, just be aware she is quote cold and can speak to you like a child. Not

My husband is a cop in Orange Park and he recommended her for my parents, guess her office is right around the corner. He said she’s been there as long as he could remember. Cool. So I send the fam over to her before the holidays. But after the meeting they were rather upset. Long story short, they said “It’s done snd thank God. I’m not sure she knows how sensitive people are, she was so robotic & cold.” Of course they didn’t say anything to her, they aren’t those kinda people. And I wanted to wait until after the New Year to post this. So yeah, my family says go elsewhere.

Always call and use this attorney. Always very Knowledgeable and not as expensive as some. Great people and love this attorney and the office help is also great.
