This is a firm that has way too many clients and cases to keep up with. I was basically told that they’re overwhelmed and too busy to make phone calls to their clients with important updates as a common courtesy to better understand their legal situation but will only communicate via emailed status reports for you to find out changes to a case or new developments so you can be blindsided later. After tens of thousands of dollars I was told that each lawyer is overseeing 50+ cases and that they don’t have time to make phone calls. I do not feel represented and have lost my trust. They must not need my business that badly to treat me like this. Take your money elsewhere.
