Brandon has been around for many years. Somerville has been seen as a small town, though it has now gone through some major redevelopment. He for sure knows the local municipal and superior court in and out. So he knows many people, and he does get results. I know he has helped my family and I for over 20 years. Brandon is an absolute horrible lawyer when it comes to real estate transactions. When the property was under attorney review he suddenly became non-responsive. He left the transaction in limbo for 3 weeks to a point where the offer had to be rescinded. I wouldn't recommend this lawyer for any services. Very unprofessional!
