I worked with Jennifer and Lauren when I was buying my home back in 2015 and it was a great experience overall; they are expedient and personable. The only snag we hit during my home buying process came via the sellers' lawyer being extremely obstinate and adversarial, going so far as to make us wait all day for him to show up to sign papers at closing and then parking us in afterwards -- obviously that lawyer's behavior is not Jennifer's fault, but as my advocate I expected more effort than I saw from her to argue against him and generally push back when he behaved unreasonably.
