Unprofessional is an understatement. Not only did she give me the run around and lie to me but she also yelled at me as if I was her child. She did not take my concern for my children’s safety seriously and dismissed everything I said just to turn around and say I never listen to what she tells me. I literally have done everything she advised me to do which resulted in me needing a lawyer. I cried my eyes out to Mariana seeking help just for her to degrade me and make matters worse for my entire family. If you are looking for someone who will actually care and take your concerns seriously go somewhere else. Do not even waste your time.
