I hired this attorney Dean on October 28, 2025, for a custody matter. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing and costly. He failed to file a proper Notice of Appearance, which resulted in us not being notified of a court date and missing it entirely. On November 19, 2025, we had a conference during which he was unprofessional and used profanity toward me for the majority of the in person meeting. I was later billed for a full hour ($300) despite the meeting lasting only twenty five minutes and being inappropriate in tone. I was also billed $930 for three hours of “document review,” even though I had already obtained all documents directly from the State of Kentucky and personally provided them to him and his staff. Hired them for a lawsuit 4 years ago, they waited a year to file it, I hear from them about once a year, last time I spoke with them was June of 2023, and I was told we have an offer on a settlement, out of a 6000$ settlement I would get 400$,, medical would get 1200$ and they would get the rest for expenses, I refused the offer because after 3 years of waiting I was not ok with receiving 6.5 percent of the settlement. That was 13 months ago and haven’t heard anything since.. my time was wasted with these people.
