This is the second custody battle I had been in so knew what to expect from the lawyer and what it should have looked like. Throughout the process Marco didn’t do things such as follow up with contempt that was filed. Even call the other lawyer at all to discuss concerns or work out any deal prior to mediation, the mediator was baffled to say the least. Going to trial and doing the prep it was evident he didn’t know the case or review evidence.
